Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team with your order number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to our central warehouse using a carrier that provides tracking services.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
